PROBES: Our broad range of corrosion monitoring probes includes electrical resistance, linear polarization resistance, erosion, hydrogen, sampling, and injection probes. We also routinely design and manufacture custom probes to meet your special requirements.

INSTRUMENTATION: We provide an extensive line of corrosion monitoring instrumentation to interface with probes and interpret, analyze, and display the collected data. Our instrumentation covers the spectrum from portable meters to transmitters to remote data loggers.

HIGH PRESSURE ACCESS FITTINGS:Access fittings are used to insert and retrieve a complete range of probes, as well as chemical injection systems, quills, and nozzles. These systems are specifically designed for high pressures and high temperatures.

Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) probe is designed for measuring corrosion behavior under the insulation of jacketed pipes where corrosion may go undetected for long periods of time, resulting in unsafe operating conditions, equipment failures, and costly repairs.

Sand Probes are used to detect erosion in flow lines caused by abrasive particles such as sand.

Hydrogen probes are commonly used for monitoring hydrogen permeation in steels, which could lead to embrittlement, blistering, and decarburization resulting in the failure of the material.

CP Monitoring includes CP Coupons and CP Test Stations.

Injection and Sampling System

Injection and Sampling systems are fundamental to corrosion control and process control programs. They are applicable to a large variety of processes in the petroleum, chemical, and water treatment industries. Injection systems are used to inject a wide range of chemicals into processes. Such chemicals include biocides, demulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, oxygen scavengers, glycol and mono-ethylene glycol, dewaxers, methanol, odorizers, and product additives.

Injection systems may be as simple as using an open-ended tube that allows for even distribution of the injected chemical or as complex as using a head with a cap and core to obtain precise atomization of the chemical.

Sampling systems are used to take samples of the process fluid or medium. Such samples are then analyzed in the laboratory for inhibitor concentration levels, the presence of metal ions, oxygen levels, scale forming compounds, and a wide range of process parameters.
